Improving the body's metabolism makes the body an efficient fat burner and to achieve that we need some kind of metabolism boosters that we can feed.

First, let us talk about what is metabolism? Wikipedia defines metabolism as "a set of chemical reactions within living organisms in order to maintain life. This include the processes like growing, re-producing, maintaining physical structure as well as allowing to respond to its habitat.

Typically, foods rich in lean proteins are good metabolism boosters, however, it is also important to have some amount fats and carbohydrates to be consume and these must be a good type of fats such as Omega 3 which is abundant in fish like salmon and tuna.

Taking around 30% of fat within the daily diet is an ideal amount. Foods like ginger, cinnamon, B-Vitamins are good metabolism boosters.
